About The Position

The Security Officer (Flex) helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. The officer preserves order and enforces regulations and directives at client sites concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role involves resolving conflicts and de-escalating situations, interacting frequently with client employees and guests, identifying and reporting safety hazards or suspicious activity, following post orders, completing assigned rounds, providing customer service and information, using technology devices, conducting property tours, and performing similar duties as required by the assigned site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background investigation.
• Driver Certification.

Responsibilities
