About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment, provides professional assistance, and ensures people on the property follow safety protocols. This is a full-time position at a site in New London, Wisconsin, paying $16.79 per hour, with raises available. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
