Security Officer Flex - Weekly Pay
About The Position
The Security Officer (Flex) helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. The officer preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives at client sites related to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role involves frequent interactions with client employees and guests, customer service, property tours, and using technology devices throughout the shift. The officer must follow post orders, complete assigned rounds, report safety issues and suspicious activity, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Above-average computer and technology skills.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
- Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
- Driver Certification.

- Conduct tours of the property.
- Carry out other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required at the assigned site.
- Respond to emergencies with effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
