As a Security Officer in Waukesha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this active role, you will support access awareness, deliver strong customer service and communication, and bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to each shift.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials or visitor information as directed, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
Support daily operations at the manufacturing and industrial location by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site personnel, and following post orders and incident reporting procedures.
