Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid California Driver's License.
Valid BSIS Guard Card.

Nice To Haves

Former Military / Law Enforcement experience strongly encouraged.
Prior security experience is preferred.
First Aid, CPR, or AED certification.

Responsibilities

Protect customers and employees across retail settings.
Patrol assigned zones to maintain a visible security presence and reduce incident risk.
Identify, report, and respond to irregular or unsafe conditions promptly.
Document and investigate security incidents, accidents, and facility maintenance issues.
Respond professionally and promptly to assistance requests from supervisors and client staff.
Assist client personnel during evacuations, emergencies, or other hazardous events.
Support crowd management efforts and coordinate with public safety officials.
Verify employee identification for entry to restricted areas.
Oversee parking compliance and address vehicle-related issues on site.
Welcome and assist customers and employees professionally and proactively.
Respond to medical situations and provide First Aid, CPR, or AED care if certified.
Inspect building exteriors to ensure doors, gates, and windows are secured.
Attend daily shift briefings and share updates with teammates.
Conduct mobile patrols between retail locations as directed.
Maintain all company equipment in proper working order.
Produce accurate and thorough written reports.
Undertake additional tasks assigned by TRIDENT management.
