About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for a healthcare location in Frisco, Texas. The position provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site, with the option to pick up additional shifts through a scheduling platform. The assigned weekly shift is a fixed-shift commitment requiring six months of service. Employees may work part-time hours or pick up shifts toward a schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back.

The role provides security and customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. The hourly pay rate is $19.72. The scheduled shift is Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable law.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license if applying for a driving position.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, follow established protocols, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity in accordance with site policies; report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Accurately and promptly document incidents, observations, and patrol activity according to company and site-specific reporting procedures.
