About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a site in Orange, California. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas, observing for suspicious activity, controlling access to secure areas, responding to incidents and alarms, and helping protect people and property. Officers document incidents, check alarms and cameras, and may collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. The position requires physical activity throughout the shift.

The schedule is full-time on a morning shift: Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.54. A uniform is provided at no cost, and the employer offers a benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
