About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a food and beverage business location in Louisville, Kentucky, you will help safeguard the client’s site by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and supporting access control. You will provide customer service and clear communication while following site-specific security procedures and policies. The position pays $19.50 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed, and maintain required logs and documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally and calmly, following established emergency response procedures.
Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
