About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Property Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, Ohio, you will help safeguard clients in retail settings. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to shoppers and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The position is full time and pays $18.50 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to retail store associates, customers, and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor customer and employee activity, observe for potential loss prevention concerns, and report suspicious behavior or incidents according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notify appropriate personnel, and document observations as required.
Assist with access control and opening and closing procedures while maintaining a professional presence that supports a welcoming customer experience.
