Nice To Haves

Security experience in office buildings, commercial properties, or Class A environments.
Familiarity with access control systems or visitor management software.
Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols on foot and/or by golf cart.
Maintain a visible, professional presence to help deter trespassing, theft, and other unauthorized activity.
Monitor assigned properties and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
Enforce property rules and follow site-specific procedures.
Provide courteous assistance to tenants, residents, visitors, and vendors.
Respond to incidents and notify management or emergency services as appropriate.
Complete accurate, timely daily activity reports and incident documentation.
