As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response in SACRAMENTO, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report observations with integrity. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry points, trailer yards, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor personnel, visitor, and vehicle access in accordance with site-specific requirements, and report unusual activity or conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
