As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Response in CHERRY HILL, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide welcoming customer service and clear communication to staff, visitors, and patients. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and support adherence to controlled-area entry requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
