About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for full-time data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. The role pays $19.75 per hour. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Officers are required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The position involves monitoring environments, following security protocols, making informed decisions, and providing customer service as a point of contact. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, hold a valid driver's license, meet applicable security officer licensing requirements, be able to read, write, and speak English, and be over 18.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making ability.
• Be observant and diligent in monitoring environments.
• Follow instructions and protocols.
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be physically capable of sitting, standing, walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
