About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer to monitor security systems and help identify threats before they escalate. The role is based in Clinton, Missouri, and involves work in security operations and access-control environments. The schedule is part-time, Saturday and Sunday, from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. The hourly wage is $15.00. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems for potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Help protect individuals and property.
