About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a mobile patrol role in Sioux City, Iowa. The position involves monitoring security systems and conducting patrols to identify suspicious activity and help protect people and property. Officers document incidents, respond to potential threats, control access to secure areas, and collaborate with law enforcement when serious situations or emergencies arise. The schedule is full-time, Wednesday through Saturday, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and will help obtain and pay for the required Iowa security license. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be available to work holidays.
• Be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa security license.

Responsibilities
