About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring Security Officers in Lake Worth to maintain safety and provide customer service. Officers patrol property, control access, report suspicious activity, and help prevent incidents. Assignments may include foot patrol, golf cart patrol, gatehouse, pool, clubhouse, or front desk duties. Golf cart patrol requires operating a golf cart and passing an MVR screening. Gatehouse officers verify visitors and maintain security logs; pool officers monitor the area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests; clubhouse officers monitor facilities and assist guests; and front desk officers greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, coordinate communication, and follow security procedures. The position pays $17.00–$19.50 per hour. Multiple shifts are available, and weekend and holiday work is required.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have a valid Florida Security D License.
Have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Pass MVR screening if required.
Have strong communication and customer service skills.
