About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Documentation in Fontana, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. The role involves providing customer service, communicating clearly, documenting observations, and representing Allied Universal’s culture of integrity and teamwork.

This is a full-time position paying $18.00 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized personnel, visitors, and drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports about patrol activities, incidents, access concerns, and other security-related matters.
