About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution in Westerville, Ohio. The officer will help safeguard the site by maintaining a visible presence, patrolling assigned areas, monitoring activity and access points, and responding professionally to security concerns. The role also provides customer service to clients, visitors, and employees and supports a welcoming environment. The scheduled shifts are Sunday and Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.10 per hour. Applicants are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law; applicable state or local licensing may be required before employment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements if required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site policies; report unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
