About The Position

As a Security Officer - Mobile Response in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries as an unarmed patrol officer. You will drive to assigned locations to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service and communication. You will respond to incidents, document observations, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating integrity and teamwork. This is a full-time position paying $19.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Drive to assigned locations and maintain a visible security presence.
Document observations.
