About The Position

The Mobile Response Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and conducting patrols in a company vehicle. The officer preserves order by enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. The position is full-time and based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at $18.50 per hour. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
