About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites in Hillsboro, Oregon, protecting people, property, and assets. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers also serve as helpful professional resources and ensure people on the property follow safety protocols. The position pays $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay, and offers flexible scheduling with multiple shifts available at various client sites.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
Strong computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
