About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer for a logistics and distribution location in Hebron, Kentucky. The officer will help safeguard the site through patrols, access control, customer service, incident response, and documentation. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Pay is $15.75 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment depending on state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations, escalating issues according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, vehicle access points, dock doors, and the business perimeter.
Monitor facility access, verify credentials for authorized personnel and visitors, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
Complete activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
