About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Redmond, Washington, you will safeguard clients and help maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible security presence, provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs. The role includes weekend daytime shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $24.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization according to site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity records.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including exterior and parking areas, access points, and perimeter boundaries.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by procedures.
• Observe and report facility conditions, policy violations, and potential hazards while supporting a professional, orderly environment for biologics manufacturing operations.
