Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Front Desk Credential Reconciliation in Wayne, New Jersey, serving a healthcare location. Requirements

At least five years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, patients, vendors, and staff at the front desk and direct them according to site-specific procedures.
Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, maintain required logs, and communicate entry requirements.
Monitor front desk activity, access points, and available systems for unusual or unauthorized activity, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations, following healthcare location procedures.
Answer phones, provide general information, and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
