About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage production location in Vicksburg, Mississippi. The officer will help safeguard the site by patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and pays $15.66 per hour. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. State or local licensing may be required before employment. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Satisfactory background investigation, as a condition of employment.
Drug screening, to the extent permitted by law, as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
Access control and badge experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations.
Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
