As a Security Officer Full Time X Ray Screening in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control and screening activities, and help maintain an orderly environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access to the facility and report unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Support a professional environment by maintaining accurate incident reports and communicating observations to site leadership.
