About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for a permanent second-shift assignment at a gated lakefront residential community in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Officers maintain a visible security presence during evening hours, patrol the community, monitor property access, and respond to incidents and resident concerns. The role involves working independently while providing professional customer service in a structured environment with a consistent, non-rotating schedule and a long-term placement opportunity. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a Monday shift from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Compensation is $16.75 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
