About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Liverpool, New York. The role involves monitoring screens and security systems to detect suspicious activity and identify potential threats before they escalate. The position is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on various days and may be full-time or part-time. The hourly wage is $19.73. A $300 hiring bonus may be available to eligible new hires: $150 after 30 days and another $150 after 90 days, subject to bonus criteria and terms. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a valid New York State Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.

• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
