About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Operations in Radnor, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in the healthcare field. As a Screener at a dynamic medical center location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by screening patients, visitors, and staff, monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and communicating professionally. You will remain attentive to security-related concerns, help deter incidents, and support a positive experience for everyone on site. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming individuals, explaining screening procedures, and directing visitors, patients, staff, and/or students as appropriate.
Conduct screening of individuals and permitted belongings in accordance with site-specific policies and applicable procedures, reporting prohibited items or concerns to designated personnel.
Maintain awareness of access points and visitor flow to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional, orderly environment.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately, and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
