About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring unarmed Security Officers for a new construction site in Hubbard, Texas. The role safeguards clients and provides customer service by following safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Officers respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work conditions may vary by client site. All shifts are available, and the role requires flexible availability, including weekends. Officers work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, and uniforms are provided. Pay is $23.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience for this position.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfort working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
