About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Data Center Security Officers for positions in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with all shifts available. Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by remaining alert, observing and reporting potential risks, following security protocols, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. Employees are expected to uphold Securitas USA’s values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. At least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday, is required. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. A hiring event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at OhioMeansJobs, 581 Ledbetter Rd., Xenia, OH 45385.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have Driver Certification.
• Must meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Diligence in monitoring and assessing environments.
• Ability to follow instructions, protocols, and guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
