About The Position

As a Security Guard, you will help safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. You will respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
