About The Position

As a Security Officer - Access Operations in Litchfield Park, Arizona, you will safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer service and clear communication while supporting a fast-paced operation.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
Verify credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate check-in or staging areas.
Monitor access points, gates, and/or surveillance systems; report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
