About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Driver in Lewisville, Texas. The role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. The designated site and weekly anchor shift require a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may be worked at multiple sites, allowing the schedule to increase to as much as 40 hours per week or scale back as needed. The listed pay rate is $18.07 per hour. The scheduled shift is Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Security Officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, and responds to emergencies when appropriate. The officer responds calmly to incidents and critical situations and conducts regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• A state-, county-, or city-issued security professional license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
