About The Position

Seeking an experienced security officer for a part-time night shift position. The shift is every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, totaling a 12-hour shift. There is also an option to combine this with a 12-hour day shift on Sunday for a total of 24 hours per week. The role involves patrolling a large warehouse facility with multiple buildings, checking doors, gates, and reporting any issues such as lights out, damage, open doors/gates, leaks, fires, or broken windows. The officer must be able to work alone at night, use the Silvertrac app for all reporting, and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements

Current AZ unarmed guard card.
Minimum of 2-3 years of security experience (military experience accepted in lieu of security experience).
Clean driving record.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work alone at night.
Proficiency in using the Silvertrac app for reporting.

Responsibilities

Patrolling a large warehouse facility with multiple warehouses.
Conducting patrols primarily on a cart, with some foot patrols required to check doors, inside buildings, and gate areas.
Observing and reporting suspicious activity, deterring vandals, homeless individuals, and other unauthorized persons.
Performing a minimum of two hourly checks each hour, logging all activities in Silvertrac.
Checking for lights out, damage, open doors/gates, leaks, fires, and broken windows, and reporting each issue found.
Calling police, fire, and ambulance as needed.
Working alone at night.
Cleaning up after oneself.
Using Silvertrac for all reporting and incident reporting.
