About The Position

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, respond to incidents and critical situations, and conduct patrols. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen, as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
