Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on applicable state and local laws and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property; document incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations according to site procedures.
Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, property staff, and responding public service personnel.
Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
