About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Patrol Driver in Marysville, California. The position provides a designated site and fixed weekly anchor shifts for a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Employees may increase their hours and work across multiple sites, with the opportunity to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The posted schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential loss-prevention concerns, helping deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
• Accurately document observations, incidents, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
