About The Position

As a Security Officer Digital Patrol in West Point, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients at an automotive business location. This is an unarmed patrol role focused on monitoring assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, providing customer service, documenting observations, and responding to site needs. The position is full-time and pays $16.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, subject to applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and verify visitor and vendor authorization according to site procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and emergencies, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
Report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
