Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations before employment.
Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns.
Monitor access activity, verify visitor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
Communicate professionally with the public and site representatives, provide directions or assistance as appropriate, and report maintenance, traffic, or facility-related concerns.
