About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a site in Red Oak, Texas. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity or potential threats, documenting incidents, responding to security concerns, and helping protect people and property. Officers may work in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with no Restriction B.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process; employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
