About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Presence in Long Beach, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial location. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, support access procedures, and communicate clearly.
