About The Position

As a Security Officer Residential Community Area Patrol in Coney Island, New York, you will serve and safeguard clients at a residential property. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding professionally to security-related concerns.

The position is full-time and pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Duties include following security procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents and critical situations, and conducting regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter. Requirements

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may need to be met before employment, subject to applicable state and local laws and regulations.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
