About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer for a food and beverage production location in Trenton, Ohio. The officer will help safeguard the site by conducting patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, documenting activity, and providing customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. The role is scheduled for the first shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and pays $20.00 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
Monitor entry and exit activity and verify visitor and contractor authorization.
Maintain required access and incident documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with established emergency response procedures.
Report observations, concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
