About The Position

As a part-time Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in South Miami, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients at a residential location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. The role includes engaging residents and guests with exceptional customer service and supporting a welcoming environment. The scheduled shifts are Friday and Saturday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• An Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants for armed roles must be at least 21 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs is required.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Nice To Haves

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random armed vehicle and foot patrols throughout residential grounds, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and service personnel according to site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, patrol activity, and policy violations in accurate, timely reports.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and site management as needed.
