About The Position

As a Security Officer, you help provide facility safety and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for hotel guests. You monitor hotel premises, assist with incident investigations and emergency response, maintain accurate security records, and respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities

Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
Assist with responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
