About The Position

As a Room Service Server, you deliver food and beverage orders while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. You prepare room service trays and tables, assist with taking orders and answering room service calls, retrieve and deliver orders to guest rooms or meeting rooms, process payments, and maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make each meal experience special.
Set up room service trays and tables in advance to support timely order delivery.
Assist with taking guest orders and respond to room service phone calls.
Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
