Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service at a front desk within a financial institution by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and Allied Universal policies.
  • Greet visitors, employees, and contractors; verify identification and authorization; manage visitor registration; and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
  • Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while protecting confidential client and visitor information.
