About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Daytona, Florida. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity or potential threats, documenting incidents, responding to situations, conducting patrols, controlling access to secure areas, and helping protect people and property. The position is part-time, with one of two listed schedules: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or Thursday and Friday, 9:30 PM–5:30 AM. The hourly wage is $17.51. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a Florida security Class D license.

Responsibilities
