About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer to protect individuals and property by observing environments, anticipating risks, and responding appropriately. The role involves patrolling sensitive areas and other environments, controlling access to secure locations, checking alarms and cameras, responding to incidents, and documenting actions taken. The position requires standing and walking throughout the shift.

The posting lists three schedules at the Compton, California site: full-time Monday–Friday, 7:00 pm–3:30 am; full-time Monday–Friday, 3:00 am–11:30 am; and part-time Friday and Sunday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
